I paid recompense protector for 2 years before in actual fact needing to use it. I be hospitilzed a year ago and gave birth to my son within April who was born blind. I could not compensate my bills afterward and tried to activate my clearing protector benefits. I got transfered to the wrong places and be finally able to return with ahold of someone in December. Two months subsequent I finally got my benefits activate but now I be 120 days late which is on my credit report. They be supposed to pay my minimum allowance which they didnt and then they said they wouldnt backing me anymore. They were supposed to contact the credit bureaus and update my report from the month I be hospitilized (FEB 07) until the month they helped me (FEB O8) which they enjoy not.

I dont know any numbers to call and when I telephone them they say that they cant oblige me. What are my options? I hold already sent them a letter relating them to update it and they sent me a reply letter unfolding me to call a number that wont give a hand me at all. the just way to bring help is to cut up your cards

appointment the credit bureaus and dispute it..you have the docs that state they be suppose to pay, so you enjoy proof and they will take it bad your credit or you can state it being a fraudulent on your credit report. If you can document that you applied for your benefits prior to the first deferred payment, I would reckon that they would be obligated to remove the late pays from your credit files.

Credit cards ruin alot of people's lives. Try to retribution as much as you can each month till you bring back them paid rotten. They are real **** to buy and sell with. There are some debt agencies you could natter to I don't know how helpful they would be.
