Cancelling an eBay establish? I'm a little stuck at the moment. I have a buy

I'm a little stuck at the moment. I have a buy it now item and somebody pressed to buy it. The entry is we've both now agreed to call off the order.

So how do we go against the order contained by such a way that I don't grasp charged for final listing fees and he doesn't go and get stung for non-payment?

Like I voice, it's an amicable agreement, and we just stipulation to cancel it.

Oh, and he's splashed it as payment sent for some foundation, even though he hasn't sent the payment.

Any concept?

Answers:
I had to put an end to an order because the buyer have made a mistake with the selling price. As it be a mutual retraction, I just have to send a mutually withdrawn report to ebay. They contacted the buyer to confirm that she be happy to go against the agreement and because she was, I have my selling fees refunded. You call for to do that as the seller. If it doesn't work because he's already done a engrave for payment, I would contact Ebay. Good luck Honey.
you have to do the selection where you both mutually agree. this passageway you get your final pro fee hindmost but not the insertion fee and he wont seize any strike. I believe you can still leave feedback for respectively other after.
Go to the page where on earth you a file an unpaid item report. One of the option there will be something close to "buyer and seller mutually agreed to undo this transaction" The bidder will not get a black splodge, and you should be able to grasp a refund on Final worth fees.
Go to:
http://rebulk.ebay.com/ws/ebayisapi.dll?...

Eventhough the page is entitled "dispute" don't worry. You are simply filing to enjoy your final value fees credited.

Click the item number you want credited. Click the appropriate answers to the question (there is a section where on earth you can write that both you and buyer decided to overthrow auction). You should get an instantaneous final value duty refund.
i think you should notify ebay if he is claiming to have rewarded he could legally probably actua;;y carry it off you because he 'paid' communicate ebay straight-away honestly he could be trying to scam you, it is possible to be totally inicent but i wouldnt risk handing over something that they 'have not' compensated for! hope i have help, im sure you must say to them that they MUST reward cause they cant put an end to like that it states so surrounded by the Ebay Rules, Terms and Conditions! good luck

Hope this helps.
Contact ebay and notify them waht's happened. Unmark his return by pulling down the drop down list within your section,it'll prob read aloud Leave Feedback and relist the item , if it does sell subsequent time then you'll be reimbursed the selling fees. Hope this help.
