Can your social guarantee check be taken to ease a credit sensitivity?

YES!! at hand are new law in place. you ow money, companies can win money from you anyway they can.
It would depend on what type of credit judgment you are referring to. A friend of mine only just had her social protection attached to for a hospital bill, but it still required her signature.

Answers:    Depends on who the Creditor is. If it is the IRS, it is possible. If it is your bank and you enjoy direct deposit, YES. If it is your state and you do not post the funds through a bank, the state would hold to take you to court, so will most other Creditors.

The creditor have to prove that you owe a bill, the court is interested in you making an arrangement to take-home pay the bill at the earliest point without cause a cancer on society.
This depends on the state that you live contained by. If your state allows garnishment for debts, then yes, it can take place. I live in NC where on earth the state legislature has outlawed garnishment except for two cases:1)state income rates owed, and 2)child support owed. So maybe you should move to North Carolina!
Yes, depending on the amount of the credit judgment.
Oh man! Once again a collection of completely uninformed answers.

Say Fleshy, you are obviously a collection agent. You refer to a spanking new law.how roughly speaking giving us a source?

You need to read Title III of the federal ruling.SSI wages can not be garnished, except contained by a very few cases (child support, federal taxes, etc...)NEVER by creditors or collection agents (...you listen Fleshy?)
First, if you owe a government agency they can and will granish your SSA check. If it is a creditor next they can if those funds are still recognizable as SSA benefits. Meaning you find a paper check or you use an acount for merely SSA benefits and it appears in your picture like that. If you are on SSI zilch can be garnished not even child support. It is excise payer dollars they can use that to pay your debts. Look on the SSA website they show you the canon in which your SSA benefits are protected. In suitcase anything ever happens creditors are sleazy.
