Can you recommend a company? My fiance is wanting to call a Debt Consolidation place or

My fiance is wanting to call a Debt Consolidation place or someone that may help him achieve all his bills together (help him find a few too) and he can make one compensation a month to get them ALL paid past its sell-by date. His credit is really bad and has like mad of loans, overdue bills, medical, and a couple lawsuits for a car accident. We own thought about bankruptcy and while to be exact probably in his best interest (would be cheaper, one lawsuit is $20,000) I just required to look at other options he might have especially option that may help his credit look better.

I also have some debt that I would approaching the same done with. Credit cards and a Verizon cell phone bill (total betweent $4,000-$4,500, haven't sit down to get a correct amount).

I just want a GOOD company that you can recommend that can assist will all of the problems my fiance has and adjectives the bills I have. It needs to be FREE to VERY LITTLE MONEY because we don't hold much. We barely make it on what we own.

Consumer Credit Counseling, they are not for profit. I tight-fisted you do have to pay them, but that it to reimburse for those who are working on his file. But they are not here to make a profit
