No. And thank goodness for that. Too few society under 18 know the wonders of money direction. I don't understand why you would want one if you're beneath 18. You shouldn't be making huge purchases at that age that usually require a card anyway...

Answers:    You can definitely own get a credit card if you're below 18, but only on somebody else's details (i.e. a parent's). That pretty much saved my go when it came to things such as nourishing gas in my coup¨¦, etc.
you cannot enter any contract (credit card, loan, cell phone) until you are 18 (some states up to 21). You can be added to another individuals account though. I always be under the depression that you can't be the primary cardholder because those under 18 can't properly sign a contract. But someone (i.e. parent) can get a an reason in their cross with a card near the teen's name on it.
