Can I database collapse after file the first one 6 yrs ago or 7 yrs ago? I'm going through a divorce and my husband's lack of employment gone

I'm going through a divorce and my husband's lack of employment gone me taking care of everything. As a result I get my SUV repossessed, credit cards are overdue and we had to suddenly move out of an apartment. Can I folder a chapter 7 again after filing 6 yrs ago? Or do I enjoy to wait 7yrs.

You can not file for another collapse for 8 years, if you were previously discharged from a Chapter 7.

You may be capable of file for a Chapter 13. I've tried to read up on the canon but it's real confusing. I strongly suggest to check next to a bankruptcy attorney on this one.

You have to linger 10 yrs. It says 7 but it stays on your credit history for 10 yrs. See a advocate he'll be able to guide you. The in debt laws hold changed now and it is not so effortless to file anymore. Your kinda screwed.
