Can I Trade American Express Gift Card for Cash? I have several American Express gift cards - is nearby anway

I have several American Express gift cards - is nearby anway to exchange them for cash, or do I just hold to spend them?

I've had a bunch of em, nope, you can't exchange em, you gotta just spend em. Some stores agree to you split the total amount into 2 cards though, so you might be able to use them like that. Or simply buy some candy at wal-mart :D

Try to see if you can get a pin number for them. If you can access a pin number, you might be able to cancel the amount available on the card at an ATM. (Don't forget about the fee to repeal though.)

I've never done this, but maybe it will work??

Sell them on ebay- they will sell close to the appeal of the card.
