I seen ethnic group with sandbank gift cards. They use it resembling a regular credit card or something.. does washington mutual bank supply them?

These are usually pre-paid credit cards such as MasterCard or Visa, Washington Mutual along with heaps major bank issue them.

Be careful, though I've see these with and extra duty attached.

Every bank, Walgreen, big food store, selling them, some of this card you can restock and used again, and you use them as regular CC,

UGH... you seen? You saw... anyway, that's besides the point. Providian is presently a part of Washington Mutual (WaMu). When I have my Providian card, I could go online and thoroughly easily buy a ridge gift card. I'm sure the process hasn't changed much since WaMu took over Providian. Good luck.
