I was trying to purchase tickets. I single provided my name and home address. Then reseached more on scam and realize the guy was scamming because he be using western union and TNT labour services. I did submit any payments.

Answers: If you go to www.ask.com and type within your name, you will go and get some people finder sites. pick one and more than plausible they will not only own your name and address, but previous name and addresses and even possible relatives--all in need paying for their service yet.
I tried this and it have my addresses for days gone by ten years! and even the name of my wife's that she sometimes uses!
So merely a name and address is NOT sufficient to bring back scammed or by itself doesn't promote identity theft.
