If an account is turned over to collections and then salaried in full, can the paid item be removed from my credit report? What almost items that were included in a Ch. 7 discharge? Since the ruin is already listed as a separate legal undertaking, is it necessary for all the discharged accounts to remain on the report? I would suggest the Bankruptcy itself speaks enough and it's not going anywhere for ten years. Can individual creditors choose to remove the discharged items from my report?

I would reflect that you still have to dispute this with the credit bureau, and it would not be viable to contact the original creditor because they will not do it, especially at this stage. You can also go to a credit repair agency, if you don't enjoy the time nor the expertise to deal with your credit situation. They seem to be to have a better success rate at getting unenthusiastic and derogatory information off of credit reports. Well...
