If I be to buy a $50 visa gift card surrounded by a store, (Walmart, CVS, etc) would I be charged $50 plus tax? or I will clear $50 and pay for service or anything similar to that besides tax? Also, is at hand an age limit when you purchase one? Because I'm 14 and I want to buy one for father day and contribute it to my dad.. Pretty sure there's no tax.
