Being Harassed on Telephone by Credit Card Company? This is actually becoming terribly serious. I am receiving up to 13

This is actually becoming terribly serious. I am receiving up to 13 automated cellular phone calls from a credit card collection agency and it is driiving us round the bend. They ask if your date of birth is any of the 4 that they mention. Now, none of the 4 is me! So I could not respond even if I be one of the 4 birth dates!

I visit one website today that stated that even more than 2 calls a time can be classed as harassment and you could thieve the agency to court.

Any advice?
Cheers
I'd advise that you find a copy of the incoming calls and bring them to court for harrassment and maybe also dictation the call so you could show that the question they ask arent for you.
You have to write them a message and tell them to stop calling. They own to honor it by law. They can still distribute you things in the post, but at least they wont bid.
I actually hear about a guy that spends his days suing citizens like this. Now they not often go to court because the casing gets settled but he make big bucks. They call. He respectfully asked them not to phone up. Makes note of everytime they do while demo each bid, for proof of course. After they phone call the second or third time, he mails them copies of the call and logs and says he'll sue if they don't settle. lol i thought it be funny. Getting back at them! I'm not sure what else you could do but if you are a Jr. or 2nd this could develop. That's what happened to my husband. Maybe not the best proposal you got but I tried! :)
hang up straight and eventually they will realize that it is not a good contact and they will notify you through the e-mail then simply place about six of their packages in a envelope and correspondence back they will win the point

Answers:    Have you thought around getting an unlisted phone number?
First is to insist on the caller that they've get the wrong person. Note down the time of call for, ask the caller for his/her full describe and contact details. Should they still call, help yourself to note again of the time. File a harrassment charge against the company. This means of access you'll nip them in the bud.
Change your phone number and breed it silent.
