Well you can do, but I hear once you reclaim them, the bank will threatent to close your sandbank account.

If the charges are ligitimate and you go overdrawn or wrote a cheque that later bounced than I dont expect you have a leg to stand on.

If you call upon the bank and right to be heard, I think I may travel overdrawn or they paid out a direct debit or cheque that you stopped or cancelled but the mound still pay it out and craft you go overdrawn consequently you are within your rights.
