Bank passed personal details to 3rd delegation? Hi my Bank and credit card company passed my private and personal

Hi my Bank and credit card company passed my private and personal details to 3rd parties. When I signed my contracts near them, I ticked the box refusing them consent to do this. I am talking Debt collection agencies etc. I am within Scotland and under Scots decree they cannot do this, but they are English based and using English companies to irritate me and my family. I would enjoy to move back to England to sue them, but would next be subject to English law. I don't mind them issuing a ruling against me as I can then folder for bankruptcy / insolvency which is my singular option at the moment. Anyway would any English base Solicitor be prepared to help me sue them? can't afford to income you but would split the winnings 75/25 in your desire.

Answers:    You are in the wrong here. On the debts that you signed, near is probably a section that allows the wall or credit card company to use collection actions to collect on the debt.

Your information disclosure choice does not typically pertain to these companies.

You are at blemish here.
When you ticked the box you refused to permit them pass your info on near regards to marketing. If they passed your info onto a debt collection agency next that is in the law.
the tick box to cry off to allow them to pass on details to 3rd party is for marketing purposes and will have said something along those lines. it will not cover you for 3rd party employed by the bank to do their work for them.

using your logic if you employed a soliciter and told them which sandbank it was, the ridge could then sue you for ratification their details onto a 3rd party!!
