You might consider the Chase Flexible Rewards or Discover Miles Card. Both have competitive APRs, and both tender a lot of flexibility. Or, if you'd like to earn miles faster-- consider the Chase Freedom Points Card. Instead of earn just 1 point for every $1-- you'll earn 3 points...
