so my mother used my SS# when i was around 13 and i have a bill in my designation for 300$, i am 19 now and cant procure anything. how do i fix this? ive already reported this to verizon, since the bill was near them but they only cleard it for a few months to "check into the matter" very soon what do i do?
note that mortal 13 u cant get a home phone but recounting them that isnt doing any good.
oh and are here any free credit reports that dont require credit cards? i know sounds dumb but i wasnt sure. Contact the nearest Consumer Credit Counseling Service in your nouns. They will be able to provide beside assistance and also tell you what your consumer rights are.
You could directory a police report and file ID nicking report with Verizon, but I assume you don't want to transport your mother to jail.

Get a copy of your credit report from AnnualCreditReport.com. This debt is undoubtedly beside a collection agency. Send the collection agency a letter offering to repay 10% to expedite removal of the item from your credit report. Specifically say that you are not acknowledge the debt but just want to remove the item. Ask that an authorized agent of the collection agency sign and return a copy of the communiqu¨¦ as acceptance. At the bottom put lines for signature, date , and print pet name. Don't give the collection agency direct access to your ridge account.

1)You have to clear the bill. 2) You have to dispute the splodge on your credit report to each of the credit reporting companies to enjoy them take it past its sell-by date once you have salaried the bill.
You can dispute it with the credit agencies. You may be require to tender proof. Keep calling verizon.

This small thing should not preclude you from getting credit. near has to be something else on your report. I would carry a copy of your credit report and see if anything else is on it.

Step3) Follow the directions from the FTC and dispute this near the CRA's. Include with your dispute copies of your birth permit and a current drivers license along with a copy of your Social Security card. (make sure to inscribe those copies "for verification purposes only" somewhere within black ink). Do not worry, you won't be giving them any information that they don't already hold. It is to prove who you are when disputing the debt.

This should get the items delete within 30 days of their acceptance your dispute. Send all paperwork via certified mail/return bill requested.

They will see that the original debt be in certainty unenforceable due to your age at that time.
