Helpppppp...Can anyone tell me what steps is taken after a fruitless check is written...due to the fact I close a narrative 5 months ago thinking ever thing be taken care of...but very soon I get a appointment from a collection agency stating I had 5 days to transport the money or he is turning over to the magistrate office..will i be put within jail ASAP if i cant come up beside the money in 5 days.back

Answers: first of all, 5 months is a long time. if you didnt catch paper statements, jump to the bank, explain your situation, and ask if you could get hold of a copy of those statements. you CAN go to send to prison if you cant come up with an adjectives answer. some businesses will resubmit a check is returned, but if they do it a second time, the check simply becomes uncashable, and the single way they can re-coup their money is through the legalized process. i used to work for a company that would collect bad checks(for a fee) by calling the guard to check availability of funds, and if they were available, my chore was to shift to the bank and process the check. i dont ponder thats a very adjectives practice anymoretoo bad
