Backround Check HELP!? I just get hired for a Job as a part time Nanny.

I just get hired for a Job as a part time Nanny. They want to do a FULL backround. What are they looking for besides criminal stuff. I am worried because I get a couple D's my freshmen year of colleage and I don't have a foolproof credit score any.

I don't think that the D's within your freshman year in college will concern and i don't hink your credit core will either.. They would most possible look for things that could directly affect them. If you were on drugs or have a criminal record would most predictable affect you being hired. OR if in attendance were any complaints around you from prior jobs..no necessitate to worry

A background check is not a credit check...so don't verbs about your credit. They are looking for criminal behavior and probably will bid your college and refrences looking for negligable behavior. You should be fine if you have no mischif surrounded by your background. They are newly trying to make sure you are who you say aloud you are and their children will be safe surrounded by your hands. Expect them to do a thorough interview of your refrences you provided (ie close to 20 questions and an hour on the phone), so clear sure your refrences are aware of this. I wouldn't worry in the order of the D's on your record, they won't really look at that.

They are probably looking for any criminal flurry. My husband just get a job near a company that did a full background and the merely thing they found on him be a judgement from a medical bill, so credit may play a part. He nearly didn't get hold of the job because of that but we have a letter of self-righteousness from where we compensated the court so they gave it to him. Good luck. As long as you don't enjoy any judgements or criminal history, you should be okay.

Just because you get a cpuple Ds in your freshmen year doesn't mingy you are gonna get sack. My teacher get more then a couple Ds surrounded by college and shes almost the principal. And does your credit score enjoy anything to do with self a nanny? Nobody's perfect.

Hi near, i think u will find they will lone check ur work history, and criminal record, i doubt they would look into ur college records
