Are the airmiles credit cards worth it, or is in that a arrest?? I will be paying off my bill within FULL each month, so

I will be paying off my bill within FULL each month, so I will not be charged any interest.

I hold been eyeing up some airmiles credit cards - similar to the BMI mastercard and the Virgin Atlantic credit card, but are they as good as they nouns?

I know you get flights for free but enjoy to pay taxes, but i enjoy heard of culture getting several flights in the US for around a hundred quid and 20,000 airmiles. As soon as you spend on the BMI card, you win 20,000 miles as a "bonus"..

So could someone tell me the pros and cons of these types of credit cards?

Also, is within a time limit near which you can use your airmiles?

And lb1 = 1 airmile. Is this literal "miles"? So if a country is 1000 miles away from London, and you spend lb2000, could you then get hold of a free return flight??

Can someone advise? Thanks
They don't all enjoy annual fees. The one I had be a no fee and you of late got miles for every dollar spent. I switched to a currency back card though as I of late prefer to get money put money on.
Yes they are. I thought it was adjectives hype, but a former colleague did just what you are suggesting and compensated everything on their virgin credit card - mortgage, bills, shopping etc and cleared it every month and in simply over 12 months had ample air miles for 2 return flights from London to Las Vegas...!
I didn't presume these deals existed anymore and I don't know the full in's and outs, but I'm curious to know if anyone else have more detail.

Answers:    The biggest ambush tends to be the huge annual levy. There are usually fees for using your miles and you can only start retrieving your miles after you've earn XX,000 miles. Check the fine print in the rewards program you're enrol in.

There are also "blackout dates" (usually around the holidays and highlight travel season) where you cannot use your miles and miles on some cards expire after a definite period of time. You also must purchase the ticket contained by advance. Again, check the fine print of the cards and compare these to assist make your finding.
i've heard means one is a good card w/ airmiles. you basically have to read the small print.
Airmiles is a great program! My sisters relatives uses their airmiles every second year to go on vacation! We have solitary used ours to buy gifts like movie pass and such, because our kids are still little. Yes there is a service charge, but it's worth it. Plus you're on the right track paying it off every month, if not it wouldn't be worth it if you were paying interest.
