I used "Credit Solution" to settle my debt .They manage to reduce my debt up to 58%.It's lawful.I came accross this company on NBC News Special Edition.Check it out here:

Yes, they are worth it, however, be prepared for the long haul. Most programs finishing 5 years.

they are mostly scammers... pilfer your money and do little or nothing to comfort you.

I used Greenpath, they are licensed and terribly good at what they do. A debt solutions company can individual do so much...they can get your interest rates reduced, they can go and get your monthly payments dropped, they can get fees waive...if your debt is so high that those things don't concern then they can't aid.

Greenpath would have worked very well for us if my hubby hadn't lost his job...contained by that case we have to file for ruin, but what I did like nearly them is they were honest and polite and non judgmental during the process.

Stay away from them! You are far better stale in the long run arranging debt repayments yourself - be in motion to Court if you have to, so long as you agree to some caring of repayment plan the companies you owe money to will usually have to adopt whatever you donate. Don't let debts build up and don't use middle-men: they want your money and they will pinch it all.

do not go thru credit solutions. they do not do their job right, my bf went thru them. worthless alot of money with them. fianlly have to file banktrupsy. society kept calling (creditors) because they claim they didnt know about the credit counsling. kept wanting more and more money. finally only just gave up. they didnt want to do their job the right way.
