Anyone endorse these debt lawyer? A couple of days ago I asked if Chase writes off credit

A couple of days ago I asked if Chase writes off credit card debt and sell it to debt buyers. Several said yes. There are lawyers surrounded by Deerfield Beach Florida who have gotten hundreds of judgment against people beside credit card debt in small claims and circuit civil court surrounded by Florida in recent years. Their address is JP Morgan Chase, Legal Dept., 1191 E. Newport Center Drive, Suite 101, Deerfield Beach. The name I have found are Peter Jay Solnick, Philip A. Orsi and Lisa Dolin Eiss. How can I find out if they really are organization of Chase or if they just use Chase's identify. The phone number they use, 954-571-2517 seems to belong to Chase. Of course it is possible to enjoy a local number that rings in a faraway location, unknown to the sightseer. It is also possible to use Chase's address to look more official. Anyone own info on this particular group and whether they are in fact debt buyers or work on some kind of contract on commission, or what?
