I'm not sure what considerate of card Horizongold is but i received a preapproval for one with instructions to budge to their website. There was no website to be found and the mail address on the preapproval is a P.O. Box but no physical address. Most legitimate businesses will administer a physical address along with a P.O. Box including a phone number which Horizons does not include.

What little I know of it is; it seem to be developed for people beside bad credit or no credit and have a entrance fee and (although I don't know for sure) cards of this quality have unbelievably high interest rates.
