Answers: a topical card is always activate on your first withdrawal's at any ATM or inquiry at ATM. so dont panic and purely go to a nearest ATM and start ur card
Did you activate your card next to AMEX? Usually when you receive a new card you own to call an 800 number and trigger the card.
Did you try completely deleting the statement. Usually you can delete the checking account/credit card account and make a payment a new one.
