i recently purchased something online with my credit card and return the product. they credited the money support into my credit card. what exactly does it mean? i thought credit card cant hold money..plz explain cause i am alien to this field

A credit card is not approaching a savings account, but a credit card can own a negative balance.
Say my card harmonize is zero, I buy something for $100, a few days later income $100 to card, balance now not anything.
Then a few days later return item, a few days later credit is applied to my tale and my card would have a negative $100 be a foil for.
I could use the card for any type of purchases to use the $100, or request check, and the card company will mail you a check for $100.
