I live in Canada, and am going to apply for a mortgage soon, I found a house and i of late want to know if anyone thinks I would qualify for a 90,000 dollar mortgage. Ive lived within an apartment for 3 years now, I pay envelope 550 a month, I have two credit cards, one is at something like half the target and the other one is about 100 dollars smaller quantity then my 3000 dollar debt. I work full time and fashion 18 dollars an hour

With 12 months of verifiable rent, and as long as you breed your rent and credit card payments on time, you should qualify for a trial mortgage for yourself. Good luck!

P.S. Brokers and Lenders do need to run your credit within order to determine what you will qualify for. I can suggest to you to choose a individual broker or lender you see yourself working with, and later you may give out you SS#, and sometimes you may ask for the copy of your credit report, this instrument you can use that report for shopping on your mortgage. Just don't pull your credit too normally.

Yes, I believe you will be capable of get a loan, but back you go any further find out from your local mortgage, Try in the order of 5 mortgage company but don't let them verbs your credits and the ones who will say that I cant do your loan lacking pulling your credits don't use them.Move on and keep trying. What will happenes if abundantly of company pulls your credits your credits score will turn down and the better credit score you enjoy the better interest rate you will get.
