A guy who I used to know him used my home address and his identify apply for his credit card. Is that endorsed? What should I do to stop him?

What should I do to stop him?
Why does it business? If the statements are coming to your house, and you want to stop them, simply put them back surrounded by your mailbox with - 'not at this address' - on the front of the envelope. The credit card company will after contact him for a new address.
No that is not legitimate as he does not reside at your address and I would report him to the police/ or credit buerau.

Answers:    If you are getting the mail address to this guy at your place, just contact the ethnic group sending the mail and inform them the guy does not live at that address. Return all correspondence back to them. I would not consent to this guy do this. Who knows what else he would use your information on? Also, if he stops paying his bills, the bill collectors will start contacting you roughly getting him to pay up. There are some bill collectors that may try to go and get you to think that you are somehow officially obligated to pay this guys bill. Just avoid adjectives of this nonsense and nip this deceitful address thing surrounded by the bud.
If the card is in his identify, and under his social warranty, it doesn't sound unlawful.

I'd simply call the wall and inform them that no one by that given name lives at that address. If they continue mail stuff, just sap it as return to sender and put it back contained by the mail.
Well, when you get the credit card surrounded by the mail, chop it up! That'll coach him!!

Or if you want to be real official, give it vertebrae to the mailman saying that human being does not live there and hold him return to sender.
I'd personally chop it up; after adjectives it shouldn't be at your address to begin next to.
Just write "Addressee Unknown" on the envelope and convey it back. The card issuer will lug care of the rest.
