Answers:    You should be fine writing it to just the CRA's Credit Reporting Agencies. They go through a endorsement process with the Credititor. The letter can be actual simple in writing to the CRA's just explain to them that it is innacurate and you want it removed. etc.

If you want convey the Creditor a letter as well. Siting the FCRA and agree to them know they are in violation of slot 623.
