A tariff lien be placed against me, I proved the debt be not valid and immediately the debt is scheduled as "settled" on my credit report. If it was never valid, how can it be

my credit report. If it was never valid, how can it be settled? How can I achieve this off my credit report? The State in truth owed me money and sent me a refund. I hold been going rear and forth with the taxation department, however they are useless.

Send a copy of the court order, the merely valid proof of "not valid" to the reporting agencies.

Answers:
Dispute near the credit bureaus as a lien filed "erroneously" (mistakenly) by the state. Demand and achieve a letter from the state maxim that the debt was not valid and get hold of the state to write directly to the credit bureaus stating "the lien was not valid and please delete this info from the credit file".
The state have rules to fix mistakes on tax liens. The IRS pasture a duplicate lien on me and sent letters to anyone I asked them to--correcting the information.
e-mail me at howiemayo(a)sbcglobal.network if you have any more problems.
Good luck
P.S. If the credit bureaus do not remove the lien completely after acceptance proof that it was not valid, next sue them in small claims court. That's what I'm doing beside Equifax.
Also, get a certified copy of a "release of erroneoulsy file lien" from the public records organization. That is golden proof
From what I know, it can't come past its sell-by date. But when you decide to move about buy a house or something like that, and you have need of a mortgage, you must bring your credit report with a proof/ evidence of statement that the tariff lien was not valid, or that it have been settled on subdivision of the err of the other person. Keep contained by mind when you go buy houses and want mortgage, that you shouldn't go stale paying off your denial credit.. it'll go down on your fica gain... only when u settle near a mortgage and a house do you pay past its sell-by date stuff. People don't tell you this, but it happen to my friends. so take attention to detail!
