i'm trying to get out of my lease for my apartment i'm at immediately its NOT safe here for kids. i've be here since march and signed a 1 year lease. i own a baby on the bearing and 2 year old son. i get a eviction notice today axiom if i don't pay rent by tomorrow morning afterwards there sending my wallet to an attorney. my question is does most apartment complexs check your credit? my credit right very soon is 545. i plan on going to another apartment tomorow and applying i know i can get the apartment i'm a short time ago worried there turn me down due to my credit. i've never remunerated my rent late any its only 9 days postponed and there already threatening eviction on me.
