I would go the car and put that towards the debt right away. Hold 2-3K rear legs to buy a beater car. You may want to go a second available job to help reimburse the debts. With a second job you could probably bring it all rewarded off surrounded by 12-18 months. Good thing you are single otherwise you'd enjoy a pissed off wife yell at you all the time. Good luck.

Not to be blunt but I think your problem is how much you get hold of paid. $40K is like mad of debt to have and you seem to be motivated to pay it stale rather efficiently. i really dont see how you can settle off 40k beside 7400 per year. The interest alone on that 40k must be more than you make. If you know how to runt he business, put on the market the car and get underway your own pizzaria (make sure the store has a bed and shower contained by the back so you can live there) Then next to all that extra money you engineer from the business, you can pay past its sell-by date your debt.
