200,000 Dollar income?? I Just found out that my dad makes over 250,000 dollars a
I Just found out that my dad makes over 250,000 dollars a year. I am a lone child and i get everything i want. But the grotesque thing is that my parents dont really drive really nice cars. We live surrounded by a hugh house but its not in a exceptionally good neighborhood. People own told me that thats a lot of money, but im not sure if it is. Are we poor? Please put in the picture me i am really confused!lol
Believe me that is plentifully, but it sounds like they are extraordinarily careful near money and are probably stashing most of it away for retirement. And when they hit retirement they will be having a great time, to be exact for sure!
Of course your'e not poor, you moron. People live on way smaller number than that.
your dad may bring in that kind of money, but does not blow it on cars or houses which is goodl, which probably medium he has some save up and is smart with his money. Your parents nouns like they are doing pretty honest.
Are u serious? Your dad is in the top 1% of earners surrounded by this country, so by those standards, you're rich!
That is a lot of money, but own you tried considering they may be trying to save for your training, or they might be the type of people who don't close to to show off. Don't be confused I am sure they hold a purpose for everything they are doing and it may benefit you.
Yes, that's a lot of money. Your parents may not be showoffs and don't want to flaunt their material comfort. They may have other debts approaching a huge mortgage, helping support other family member, or just want to own a low profile.
You may be joking beside YA though.
This is certainly a good lesson for you and a reminder for the rest of us: You can't report who really has KEPT their money by looking at how they SPENT money. The folks next to brand new Mercedes might enjoy so many loans out they own a negative network worth, and the average-looking dude in a six-year-old pickup might be a multimillionaire.
Look at some research close to in the "Millionaire Next Door" and you'll see that individuals who build up a significant net worth are habitually careful beside their money like your dad. And like mad of the others are just pimped-out showoffs near bills to pay.
that is 10 times what i trade name (20,000/yr) and i have 3 kids and i am poor-you are blessed!
not that much where i live. but in the region of the car entity, i know these people, and one time we be looking at their movie library and there be a plack, and it was close to blah blah blah, 10 million shares valued at 100 dollars each, and we be like what the *...holy * we didnt know u be this rich. so we asked the dad and he was liek oh yeah and didnt even salary it any attention
he's probably putting back because he'll own to take nurture of his kid for the rest of his life.
Answers: No, you are not poor. Your dad makes a polite salary. People spend their money on what they utility, so maybe your parents don't surface they need fancy cars. Maybe they don't want to look similar to pretentious, shallow snobs. Good for them. Everyone has their own priorities. People spend and stockpile their money the way they see fit. Don't forget that even though your dad make a good income, you still need to work unyielding in conservatory so that you can take thoroughness of yourself when you are on your own.
Thats great.. your not poor!!
Me and my husband live on 25000 a year.. and thats devout for where we live, most those make below that!!
You are poor. However your mom and dad are okay off. It's not strange that they do not drive nice cars. You do not have to live beyond your finances just because you product alot of money.
