1 collection report on my credit report. Everything else is current Please Help? I have a 50 dollar missed doctor's collection bill on my credit

I have a 50 dollar missed doctor's collection bill on my credit report. I waste to pay because I sit there waiting for an hour. Anyway. How much is this affecting my credit rack up. Currently my credit score is 643 near no other collections. I disputed them item with the credit bureaus but it wasn't removed. Should I clear it or keep disputing it. And *how much is it effecting my credit win.* You're disputing it? Why? If you went to your appointment and the doctor provided you a service, they're entitled to be compensated for that. You can't dispute a collection just because you weren't self-righteous with the hang around time. Collections affect your score reasonably a bit so just rate it and don't let something similar to that happen again because it's ridiculous.
Too impossible. Haven't you gone to enough doctor appointments to know that waiting is a given? Even though you not here without seeing the doctor, you are still responsible for the reward. You chose to not wait - why should they be out the contribution? You should just pay envelope this - you owe it! Since it was not removed from your report when you disputed it, it sounds similar to it was proven that you owe it and I bet they save proving it no matter how plentiful times you dispute it.

Answers:    The best way to augment your score is to pay envelope the account surrounded by full, and have the collection agency agree to remove the collection reason from your record for full payoff. With that collection item removed you will see an improvement contained by your score.

If you are going to "stick to your guns" and not payment the collection account, it will remain on your report for 7 years. However, the affects of it on your rack up will start to be less and smaller quantity as time goes on. However, I recommend you recompense the account and gain it off your report.
If you received the services whether or not the doctor be late you owe the $50. Once this is remunerated it will take at most minuscule 6 months for your credit score to increase. Collection reports on your credit report do hurt you.
