NEVER GIVE out your information number to anyone...ID theft is big business don't be phished. Only progress to PayPal.com and enter your id and password if you own bought from Ebay. Most websites that offer Paypal will instruct you on how to generate a purchase this way. Please report this to Paypal and they can contribute you customer service if this is a scam. If you made a purchase on Ebay it will ask you to Pay Now and it will redirect you to Paypal where on earth you will have to put within your id and exceed word. ONLY do this when you see the padlock sign on the address bar to be sure that it is a protected transaction.

The should be asking for your pay-pal reward email address I can not see why they need numbers.

If you own signed up for a Paypal Account you would have be asked to confirm it to a Bank Account &/or Credit Card.
In order to money via paypal, the vendor should own a pay via paypal contact and when you click on it, you should just be asked for the amount you are paying and to cross suggestion what the item is.
Is this being asked by someone selling on E-Bay?? There should be no inevitability to give an sketch number. If this is an E-Bay vendor, contact E-Bay and Paypal and report them for asking for this information. This is the Red Light for Identity Theft.

I dont enjoy an acct number and you probably dont either.
